主要職責

Responsible for the smooth handling of daily operations.
-
Perform boarding gate/arrival duties, and assist tight connection passengers and protect passengers in the event of miss connection.
-
Closely monitor the passenger flow at check-in counter and counter setting checking.
-
Provide On Job Training and counseling to staff.
-
Perform staff grooming.
-
Conduct briefings and debriefings to Passenger Services Officer / Service Leader.
-
Monitor staff job performance, upkeep and maintain staff morale.
-
Handle passenger’s complaint.
入職要求
-
HKCEE / HKDSE or above
-
Minimum 3 years experience and including 1 year at supervisory level in relevant field.
-
Fluent in English & Cantonese and ability to communicate in Putonghua, other language is a preference.
-
Independent personality with excellent and leadership skill.
