主要職責

  • Responsible for the smooth handling of daily operations.

  • Perform boarding gate/arrival duties, and assist tight connection passengers and protect passengers in the event of miss connection.

  • Closely monitor the passenger flow at check-in counter and counter setting checking.

  • Provide On Job Training and counseling to staff.

  • Perform staff grooming.

  • Conduct briefings and debriefings to Passenger Services Officer / Service Leader.

  • Monitor staff job performance, upkeep and maintain staff morale.

  • Handle passenger’s complaint.

入職要求

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above

  • Minimum 3 years experience and including 1 year at supervisory level in relevant field.

  • Fluent in English & Cantonese and ability to communicate in Putonghua, other language is a preference.

  • Independent personality with excellent and leadership skill.
