主要職責

Accountable for carrying out and assist the Passenger Services Supervisor in monitoring the Passenger Services team and ensuring quality customer services is provided
-
Provide passenger reception and check-in services to our clients and assist junior officers
-
Assist supervisors in ensuring tidiness of counter areas and smooth operations
-
Supervise and support check-in service at check-in counter / in-town check-in counter / transfer desk counter / Skypier counter
-
Assist counter supervisors in ensuring all Passenger Services Officers comply with new handling requirements of customer airlines if any
入職要求
-
HKCEE / HKDSE or above
-
Good command of both written & spoken in English and Chinese, including Mandarin
-
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and able to work independently
-
Acquired two or above check-in system skills is preferable
-
Mature with good interpersonal skills, and be dedicated to providing high levels of customer service
