主要職責

  • Accountable for carrying out and assist the Passenger Services Supervisor in monitoring the Passenger Services team and ensuring quality customer services is provided

  • Provide passenger reception and check-in services to our clients and assist junior officers

  • Assist supervisors in ensuring tidiness of counter areas and smooth operations

  • Supervise and support check-in service at check-in counter / in-town check-in counter / transfer desk counter / Skypier counter

  • Assist counter supervisors in ensuring all Passenger Services Officers comply with new handling requirements of customer airlines if any

入職要求

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above

  • Good command of both written & spoken in English and Chinese, including Mandarin

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and able to work independently

  • Acquired two or above check-in system skills is preferable

  • Mature with good interpersonal skills, and be dedicated to providing high levels of customer service
